City Parks Services employs more than 250 staff, most specialists in their fields. Our staff are highly trained and receive ongoing training to ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest methods. Our staff are passionate about their work and perform to the highest standards.
Equipment
City Parks Services owns and operates the latest fleet of vehicles and specialist equipment which is renewed regularly to ensure we are up to date with best industry and environmental practices. Sustainability is a key consideration when replacing equipment.
Our staff use a large range of equipment, including specialist dry steam cleaners, manual sweepers, large road sweepers, all types of mowers and edge trimmers, including vertical and reel mowers, rubbish compactors and much more.
Depots
City Parks Services has 13 depots throughout Auckland and the Hauraki Gulf Islands. Depots are located on Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island, as well as in central, west and south Auckland, including Waitakere, Onehunga, Mt Eden and Western Springs.
Specialist teams operate out of the various depots, where equipment is also stored when not in use.
